2. Tata Power
Energy giant Tata Power has temporarily suspended operations at its Mundra power units in Gujarat. The company cited ongoing safety and operational evaluations as it prepares to resume power plant activities. Tata Power anticipates restarting the units by December 31, 2025, following satisfactory completion of all required checks. This development was previously disclosed via stock exchange filings.
3. RailTel Corporation of India
RailTel, a public sector company under the Ministry of Railways, announced a significant new order from the Central Public Works Department (CPWD). 4. Diamond Power Infrastructure
Diamond Power secured a substantial order valued at Rs 747.64 crore from Adani Green Energy. The contract involves supplying 2,126 kilometres of 33 kV high-voltage cables and 3,539 kilometres of 3.3 kV medium-voltage solar cables earmarked for renewable energy projects in Khavda and Rajasthan. The order price is set on a per-kilometre rate with provisions for price variation and excludes GST.
5. Hindustan Unilever (HUL)
HUL will spin off its ice-cream business into a new entity named Kwality Wall’s India Ltd (KWIL). Shareholders holding HUL stock as of the record date, December 5, 2025, will receive one KWIL share for every one HUL share they own. The last date to purchase HUL shares to be eligible for this demerger was December 4, 2025. ### 6. SEAMEC
Marine services provider SEAMEC finalized an agreement with HAL Offshore for deploying its multi-support vessel, SEAMEC Agastya (previously NPP Nusantara), to support HAL Offshore’s project under the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) contract. 8. Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC
Aditya Birla Sun Life Asset Management Company incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary called Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC International (International Financial Services Centre – IFSC). Registered in GIFT City, Gandhinagar, this new arm will oversee international and IFSC-specific business operations.
