Third Federal Recognized by USA TODAY Among Top 500 Financial Services Companies for Customer Service in 2026

CLEVELAND, March 10, 2026 — Third Federal Savings and Loan Association has been honored with a prestigious customer service award, being named one of the top 500 financial services companies in the United States for 2026 by USA TODAY and its research partner, Plant-A Insights.

The recognition was based on an extensive survey capturing nearly 60,000 customer experiences. Evaluation criteria included professional competence, solution orientation, transparency, reliability, and friendliness. The study initially considered 13,000 entities spanning credit unions, banks, life insurers, and financial technology firms nationwide before selecting the top 500 performers.
